1/4c Bitty flour
1/8t salt (optional)
1t coconut oil or butter for pan
Combine all ingredients in a blender or using a hand mixer until smooth. Pour mixture into preheated, greased pan. Flip the cake after 2 minutes or when bubbles appear in the center of the cake. Serve piping hot with the topping of your choice.
